Public Relations Internship (Westwood)

CCG Investor Relations is a leading global investor relations agency that provides world-class IR and PR services to public companies trading in the U.S., Asia and Israel stock markets. CCG is headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in New York, Beijing, Shanghai, Frankfurt and Israel. CCG’s Los Angeles office is looking for a Public Relations Intern fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to assist in public relations projects. Our internship program offers an excellent way to gain skills and experience in the fast-growing investor relations field.

Duties of the intern include the following:

• Media Monitoring

• Event planning and coordination

• Translation

• Media outreach and press release writing

• Industry research

• Develop/update media contact lists and editorial calendars

• Assist in mailings, faxing, photocopying, answering telephones and other administrative tasks

Qualifications desired:

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Good writing in English and Chinese

• Attention to details and good organization skills

• Self-starter and highly-motivated spirit

• Strong desire to learn all aspects of investor relations and public relations

This is an unpaid internship program for the first three months with working hours between 20-40 per week. After three months, should the intern meets standards to continue working at CCG, he/she will be paid $10 per hour. Outstanding performer will be considered for a permanent associate position after he/she graduates. The applicants should be responsible for obtaining necessary permit in order to work outside campus.

Undergraduate students and graduate students majoring in public relations, business, journalism, communications or other related majors preferred.

Responsibilities of Tax Preparer Includes

• Responsible for the accurate completion of a customer’s tax return.
