Administrator Assistant-General Office (Atlanta)

We are looking for a FT or PT flexible team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy mission-oriented environment. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work well under deadlines. Candidate must be an advanced user in Word, Excel. Duties include: Data entry, Answering phone, taking messages, handling phone/email requests, support shipping and receiving, handling emails, run errands. Some heavy lifting, as well as general clerical duties please sends resume and availability.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. Good typing skills with a STRONG working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word

2. Attention to detail and organization.

3.Possess strong communication skills and the ability to deal with various levels of personnel.

4. Must be a Self Starter, possess a positive attitude and be a team player.

5. Have the ability to work well under pressure or with deadlines.

6. Be punctual, reliable and have a strong work ethic.

7.Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and follow up projects or purchases in progress.
