Must be able to work with minimal supervision and work well under deadlines. Candidate must be an advanced user in Word, Excel. Duties include: Data entry, Answering phone, taking messages, handling phone/email requests, support shipping and receiving, handling emails, run errands. Some heavy lifting, as well as general clerical duties please sends resume and availability. </p>

<p>CWC, the Southeast&#8217;s largest furniture dealership, is seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative.  This position requires the accurate processing of all pertinent customer information such as proposals and purchase orders into an online business system.  Other responsibilities include tracking orders and replacement parts, routing calls to the appropriate receiver, gathering data from manufacturers and reporting any issues concerning work orders and/or pick/delivery tickets.</p>
<p>Position Responsibilities:</p>
<p>„X	Work with designated sales associates to ensure timely receipt of product by customer<br />

„X	Communicate changes in order specifications to sales associate<br />
<br />
„X	Inputs Orders/Quotes/Proposals timely and accurately<br />
<br />
„X	Communicates in a polite  and courteous manner; responds promptly to customer requests and resolves open customer issues<br />

„X	Distribute tickets to sales associates, project managers or operations department personnel<br />

„X	Process purchase orders including verifying receipt of PO by manufacturer<br />

„X	Receive and enter acknowledgements into business system<br />

I am looking to hire someone by this Friday and am only wanting that one dynamic person who can be engaging on the phone and not send my salespeople on bogus appointments, experience in telemarketing is a must. I will provide you with an office of your own and a paycheck every Friday with the names to call.</p>
<p>You will be calling names for 7 salespeople and once they close it and pick up money you will also be paid so I anticipate this to be a $700-$900 weekly job for someone within the next 4-6 weeks because it does take that long to build a pipeline. </p>
