Experience/Education Required

• Previous experience with spa services preferred

Happy Feet is a new and exciting mobile soccer clinic for children ages 2 to 6. Using our proven fun, “story time with a soccer ball” approach we take creative play to a whole new level and introduces physical activity to young children in an amazing way. HappyFeet North Atlanta, with locations throughout much of North Atlanta including Buckhead, Dunwoody, Marietta, Roswell, Duluth, Norcross, Cumming, and Alpharetta, has been in operation for 16 months and due to its rapid growth is looking for the right candidate to fill the Coach position. This opportunity starts as a part-time position, with the right candidate growing into a full-time contributor within the organization.

Responsibilities:

This position is new and will change and evolve as the organization grows, but initially the Coach will be responsible for:

• coaching classes at select area schools

• overseeing the marketing program at the schools in which you coach

• Distributing billing, collection, and marketing pieces at the schools you manage

• Other responsibilities as determined by President

Required skills:

The ideal candidate should have or be able to accomplish the following:

• Background in soccer (playing or coaching)

• Amazing with young children (patience with young children)

• College degree in business or early childhood education preferred

• Self Starter…being a mobile organization this position has lots of autonomy and flexibility

• High Personal Integrity and reliability

• Successful at juggling multiple tasks

• Capable of systemizing/organizing recurring tasks

• Strong communication skills (working with school directors and teachers to grow program)

• Familiar with word, excel, outlook, etc.

• Quick learner

• Must have a cell phone, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Position Type and Compensation

Position: Part-time, Wednesday Afternoons and all-day Thursday is needed immediately with responsibilities increasing for a successful candidate.

Salary: $12 per class.
