Commercial Roofing Service Technician (Lithia Springs, GA)

We currently have the following positions available at our Lithia Springs office location.

Commercial Roofing Service Technician

• MINIMUM of three years experience as a commercial roofing service technician.

• Have working knowledge of all roof systems.

• Experience needs to include the following systems: Modified Cap, Built-Up Roof (BUR), EPDM, TPO, PVC and Metal.

• Valid Drivers License and Social Security Card.

• CLEAN driving record a must.

• Occasional travel required.

• Ability to clearly communicate with customers.

• Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands.

• Dependable and self motivated.

• Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing in excess of 100 lb. occasionally.

• Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing less than 100 lb. frequently.

• The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly for extended periods of time.

• Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces.

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot and cold, and in windy conditions.
