Requirement 1 :</p>
<p>o        2-3  yrs of Experience in any service desk support region preferred</p>
<p>o        Strong Knowledge of Windows, MS office</p>
<p>o        Strong understanding of Citrix</p>
<p>·         Basic understands the inter-relationship of software, hardware and communications</p>
<p>·         User Experience in CRM tools such Remedy, Peregrine, HP Unicenter</p>
<p>·         SQL scripting</p>
<p>·         Ability to create knowledge articles</p>
<p>Roles and responsibilities:</p>
<p>Support critical applications and Infrastructure</p>
<p>·Business Guidance. Providing guidance on business issues related to the usage of the system.</p>

<p>The Tier I Technical Support agent’s duties and responsibilities include but not limited to answering all incoming customer calls in queue with a pre-defined opening script. The Tier I agent will identify customer needs; manage Average Talk Time, Wrap Up time, and other measurable objectives. They will be trained to resolve routine Trouble Tickets, including but not limited to E-mail, voicemail, auto attendant, Web Hosting, and browser configurations. They will also be trained to troubleshoot advanced product or service issues, including but not limited to DS1 transport, PRI / CAS / FXS telephony, and DNS with proper escalation as necessary to achieve optimal trouble resolution times. Tier I Tech Support agents are expected to handle customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.  As well as properly document in OSS system call purpose and resolution. <p>Work Experience:</p>

<p>This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Customer Analytics &#038; Research and will be responsible supporting the Sales &#038; Marketing team by meeting all reporting and analysis needs.   Using and maintaining the company’s marketing database system will be a key responsibility for the Database Marketing Analyst including regular extraction, load, support, and maintenance of data stored in the marketing database, and the production of all standard reports produced from the database (s).  Provides primary support for the campaign selection process for all direct marketing campaigns executed for consumer and B2B segments.   Also responsible for utilizing other database resources such as B2B prospect database as well as web analytics tools to produce reporting and analysis.  </p>
<p><b>Other key responsibilities include:</b></p>
<p>• Maintains all database objects including, but not limited to, SQL queries, stored procedures, automated production jobs, SSIS Packages, database tables.<br />
<br />
• Provides technical support related to the data stored within the database<br />
<br />
• Provides post campaign reports and analysis to assist the marketing team in measuring effectiveness of campaigns as well as performance of key customer segments.<br />
<br />
• Generate lead lists for consumer and B2B marketing programs (direct mail, email, outbound calling)<br />
<br />
• Documents all current processes, changes, and new processes developed for the database<br />
<br />
• Loads all daily/weekly/monthly/other data files into correct database storage areas and maintains data and its accuracy and integrity<br />
<br />
• Processes all monthly/weekly Key Statistical Reports and Trend Reports<br />
<br />
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the database(s) and their procedures<br />
<br />
• Interacts with internal/external clients to gather requirements, provide results, and research and resolve reported production issues</p>
<p><b>Required Skills:<br />
<br />
• B.S in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field<br />
<br />
• 3+ yrs experience with, SQL, SAS, SPSS, or  other statistical mining packages.<br />
<br />
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills to enable production of management information and campaign analysis </b><br />
<br />
• Hands on experience using query and analysis tools (Oracle query tool experience and/or SAS)<br />
<br />
• IT literacy, including expertise in spreadsheet analysis, and experience in the use of software tools for complex analysis and reporting from large computer databases<br />
<br />
• Experience creating and productionalizing regular reporting for various internal business users such as Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Executive Management.<br />

The Field Senior Service Engineer is responsible for delivering IT and Network service and support for both routine maintenance and installation projects. <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br />
<br />
•	Provides the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of customer environments consisting of servers, workstations, firewalls, routers, switches, applications,<br />
<br />
                software, network circuits, etc.<br />
<br />
•	Responsible for the identification and resolution of hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions related to the customer’s network.<br />
<br />
•	Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all customer documentation to include, but not limited to, site books, Visio drawings, service work order<br />
<br />
                notes, changes/upgrades to environment.<br />
<br />
•	Provides recommendations and Technology Reviews of assigned customers to include a formal written proposal consisting of network related issues and<br />
<br />
                appropriate recommendations.<br />
<br />
•	Assist with the coordination, configuration, installation, and management of all network devices and application servers for assigned customer.<br />
<br />
•	Develop and adheres to standards and procedures for technology products and services.<br />
<br />
•	Participates in various projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the customer’s infrastructure.<br />
<br />
•	Proactively research and locate the necessary tools in order to provide service efficiency as well as potential product offerings.<br />
<br />
•	Responsible for the accuracy and completion of assigned Service Work Orders and documentation within company established time frames.<br />
<br />
•	Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships as their ‘Trusted Advisor’ through ongoing interaction and communication, support, and<br />
<br />
                recommendations to improving the customer’s existing environment.<br />
<br />
•	Responsible for maintaining technical competency, knowledge and technology certifications.<br />
<br />
•	Participate in the development of technology recommendations and presentations as necessary.<br />
<br />
•	Provide 2nd  and 3rd level support to customer base, as necessary.</p>
<p>Education/Experience<br />
<br />
Seven or more years of related experience in infrastructure/network environments performing network engineering (hardware and software), and designing, planning, and implementing networks using the latest technology.  </p>
<p>MCSE and other high-level Microsoft credentials highly desirable as are the specific technical certifications, Juniper, CCNA, A+, Symantec, HP, Dell, IBM, Security, Wireless, etc.  </p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.  </p>
<p>•	Windows 2008/2003/2000/NT<br />
<br />
•	Exchange expertise and competency with Exchange 2007<br />
<br />
•	VMWare ESX/GSX/ACE; Hyper-V; Xen Server<br />
<br />
•	Citrix, Terminal Services expertise<br />
<br />
•	Networking and familiarity with Cisco/Juniper/HP switched environments including VLans, Layer2/Layer3, Firewall/NAT protocols, etc.<br />
<br />
•	Knowledge of SANs, Brocade Fiber Switches, Data Storage and Synchronization Software options; NAS; Storage Arrays, etc.<br />
<br />
•	Strong hands-on knowledge of HP, IBM and/or Dell Server &#038; Storage solutions; experience with Blade Servers desired.<br />
<br />
•	Strong customer service and communications skills; consultative approach; good judgment and analytical skills.<br />
<br />
•	At least 2-5 years demonstrated experience managing facilities, sites, or areas of responsibility (i.e. hand’s on Data Center manager, NOC Shift Manager,<br />
<br />
                IT department manager, etc.)<br />
<br />
•	Ability to foster and work in a team environment, as well as work independently and be self-motivated and self-responsible.<br />

Receive and destroy all returned microfilm and salvage the cartridges for reuse.  Assure stocks of cartridges and related equipment is adequate.<br />

Examine documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.<br />
<br />
Confer with document originators or engineering liaison staff to resolve discrepancies; compile required changes to documents.<br />
<br />
Post changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.</p>

<p>In this economic times, every little bit of extra income can help. We&#8217;re looking for experienced technicians who are self starters and wouldn&#8217;t mind making an extra few hundred dollars a month doing work on the side for our company. We&#8217;re currently looking for 2 part-time technicians in the Atlanta metro area. One with availability during the day, and one with availability after 4pm and on weekends. Technicians will be assigned tickets in Atlanta and will do onsite computer repairs, virus removals, hardware replacements and other typical computer services. </p>
<p>We are looking for technicians who are currently employed and only want part-time work. Due to the nature of this business, we&#8217;d prefer to have employed technicians who aren&#8217;t counting on our tickets to pay next months rent. Our happiest technicians have jobs they like, but just like the extra income that working with us provides. </p>
<p>Our ideal candidate would have at least 3-5 years of experience. Live in a central location to most areas of Atlanta(our coverage range is 40 miles from your location). Have some flexibility during the week and on Saturdays. We typically do a fair mix of desktop versus laptop repairs, and commercial versus residential repairs. </p>
<p>The pay is $20 an hour per billable hour, payable in quarter hour increments with a minimum of one hour billable for every appointment. In addition you&#8217;ll receive a $10 destination fee for each appointment as well. Due to the nature of this business, some weeks will be very slow(i.e. around the holidays, and others could produce up to 10 calls in a week). Our best techs are people persons who provide a well rounded computer repair experience, and they average over 2 hours per call. </p>
<p>We take pride in not just providing good technical work, but also outstanding customer service. We keep in constant contact with our customers, and monitor every service call to make sure that the customer is satisfied throughout the process. </p>

<p>Qualifications and Requirements<br />

Must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. In addition, the individual must be flexible, dependable and have excellent time management skills. A strong understanding of major Operating Systems such as, UNIX, Linux, and all Microsoft Windows Operating Systems are needed.</p>
<p>Position requires BS in Computer Science or at least two years product support experience with Citrix products or equivalent work experience. Six months experience working as an Escalation Engineer I or equivalent is required. Citrix product certification and MCSE certification preferred but not required. Must also have at least 2-years experience in customer support or equivalent experience and have a positive customer service attitude. Must be willing to travel.</p>

This person will travel the country installing/repairing wireless networks in locations including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and airports. <p>POSITION DESCRIPTION &#038; RESPONSIBILITIES:</p>
<p>The Senior Level Technical Recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing prospective candidates for high level technical positions within our company, such as database / network administrators. The Mobile Fulfillment group has primary ownership of procuring mobile devices and delivering them to  external and internal customers. This is achieved through the use of 3rd party vendors; 3PL and transportation providers. The functional duties in this scope include, but are not limited to: Inventory Management, Logistics, Transportation, and Provisioning. The primary role of the Internal Mobile Fulfillment Specialist is to manage internal mobile equipment. This highly cross-functional team member supports Corporate Employees and Sales Operations. Additional responsibilities include Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics, Order Management, System Management, Reporting, Technical Support, and initiating Continuous Process Improvements that improve overall efficiency. </p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />
<br />
•	Project management of Service Orders, Service Request / RMA’s, IT Service Management and Email<br />
<br />
•	Provide tier one troubleshooting for Laptop Cards, Blackberry and Windows Mobile smart devices including voice, data, and email<br />
<br />
•	Process new activations and initiate port request via Siebel and Sprint MVNO<br />
<br />
•	Perform and produce recurring reports including but not limited to monthly inventory reconciliation, daily and weekly shipment volume<br />
<br />
•	Ensure devices are delivered as expected per the appropriate service level agreement (SLA)<br />
<br />
•	Respond to and track any such issues by ensuring the customer is promptly notified while ensuring resolution and/or proper handoff to team members.<br />
<br />
•	Adhere to escalation procedures and customer facing processes<br />
<br />
•	Escalate troubles to 3rd party vendors and/or management when appropriate<br />
<br />
•	Activate and manage users on the corporate Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES)<br />
<br />
•	Provide ongoing support for employees including but not limited to escalations, ESN swaps and ordering mobile devices<br />
<br />
•	Deactivate termed employees ensuring all mobile devices are returned and services are disconnected in Siebel, BES and MVNO<br />
<br />
•	Charge cost center or employees for damaged and non-returned mobile devices<br />
<br />
•	Create and manage help desk tickets to ensure system issues are resolved<br />
<br />
•	Provision Blackberry International Roaming for employees traveling overseas</p>
<p>Knowledge, Skills &#038; Abilities:<br />

•	Business process expertise in at least one major area related to telecommunications (e.g., sales, order entry, provisioning, service activation, billing, or customer service)<br />

•	Two + years of Telecommunications industry experience<br />
<br />
•	Demonstrated experience with FedEx logistics applications<br />

•	Highly organized and proven track record for successful project managing<br />
<br />
