Administrative Assistant F/T (Chicago Downtown)

Medical office located Downtown Chicago is looking for energetic, dependable, pleasant and self–motivated Administrative Assistant (medical office experience not necessary). Candidates should possess excellent telephone skills, exceptional work ethics, be detail oriented, and team player. If you decide to apply make sure that you are capable to schedule and confirm appointments in professional manner, manage multi-line phone system, make follow-up calls, keep up with paper work, organize patients files and data base. Advanced computer skills and some Saturday’s availability a must. We offer full time, $12 for starters, depend on the performance after 3 months a raise.
