<p>We’re looking for a woman who can help us recruit attendees for events focused on women’s sexual health. The events are designed to provide a comfortable and open environment for women to learn more about sexual desire disorders and how to have a healthy sex life.  The ideal candidate will be adept at recruiting and outreach – chatty and personable, with the ability to talk to anyone about any issue. Large social networks (or the ability to reach them) and the ability to seek out and engage women for these events is a requirement. </p>
<p>Duration: 3-4 weeks of in-market activity, starting immediately<br />
<br />
Hours: approx. 20 flexible hrs / week.<br />
<br />
Compensation: $20/hr + OOPs </p>
<p>Responsibilities:<br />

- Assist in recruiting up to 200 event attendees through existing networks and other resources </p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
<br />
- Must be comfortable speaking with women about sexual health issues<br />
<br />
- Must live locally and be knowledgeable of the greater metropolitan area<br />
<br />
- Must be resourceful with a “can do” attitude<br />
<br />
- Good proactive communication and reporting skills<br />

- Self-motivated, ability to work independently<br />

<p><b>Position Overview</b></p>
<li> You will conduct outreach staffing efforts including, but not limited to developing General Schedule (GS) job vacancy announcements
<li> You will conduct job analysis; performing rating and ranking of applications against established position criteria and/or staffing services in conjunction with reductions in workforce, transfers of functions and furloughs
<li> You will produce GS vacancy announcements
<li> You will analyst and determine the minimum qualifications of applications based on OPM qualifications standards upon the closing date of the vacancy announcement(s)
<li> You will provide support to VA personnel in conducting Qualified Applicant Rating Panel(s), when required, to determine best qualified candidate from the vacancy announcement(s).
<li> This will include (but not limited to) observing panel in progress and ensuring that panel participants have all documents required in ranking qualified applicants
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<li> <b>MUST HAVE</b> HR experience within the Federal Government (recruiting, staffing, HR functions)
<li> <b>MUST HAVE</b> have experience with Federal Position Classification and experience &#038; knowledge of laws, regulations and policy relating to Federal hiring
<li> U.S. citizenship required.
<li> Should have a comprehensive knowledge of human resources principles, concepts and practices as they relate to the written regulations and policies of OPM and VA for primary discipline and a substantial working knowledge of 5 USC and 5 CFR in order to show proficiency in the area of HR Management.

JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibility of this position is the recruitment of effective Deli/Bakery Associates, Managers, and other MDBS positions. Will also perform payroll entry into ADP Payroll System, and conduct audits of payroll records to ensure compliance with MDBS, State, and Federal Requirements. Other generalist HR duties and functions as needed. </p>
<p>MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </p>
<p>• Initial employment resume and application review and screening<br />
<br />
• Reference check calls to prior/current employers<br />
<br />
• Background check entry and follow up<br />
<br />
• Drug Screen /physical Results<br />
<br />
• Communication to managers &#038; candidates<br />
<br />
• Creative recruitment to include placement and tracking of web-site postings and newspaper ads<br />
<br />
• Maintain Applicant Tracking Data Base<br />
<br />
• Internal Job Postings and communication of openings to the field<br />
<br />
• Payroll Audits, weekly<br />
<br />
• Payroll Monday mornings: Payroll Spreadsheets and data entry<br />
<br />
• Filing of HR and Payroll Items<br />
<br />
• Conduct Exit Interviews and unemployment responses and hearings as needed<br />

• Other HR/Payroll duties as needed. May include: Referral bonus tracking, birthday/anniversary reports, and various projects as needed. </p>

<p>•Demonstrated ability to plan and organize •Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills<br />
