As a marketing coordinator, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assist and organize educational, promotional and client events. Create invitations, handling RSVPs, ordering food and beverage, organize attendee material, and arrange audio/visual, registration host, and overall facilitation of all corporate events.

• Create documents including invitations, brochures, ads or other marketing material for all events

• Liaise with various vendors and outside business relationships, re: advertising, scheduling venues, collection of wholesaler monetary support, etc.

• Organize, compose and layout client and prospect newsletters.

• Help maintain company database in order to generate client and prospect lists and help track results from events.

• Special projects or other duties as required

Other administrative responsibilities and duties:

• Maintain calendars, including scheduling a high volume advisory office with all client and prospective client meetings.

• Take incoming calls

• Place outgoing calls as part of prospecting process. (No cold calling or selling required)

• Maintain an organized filing system

• Assist advisor with personal and business requests as required

• Special projects or other duties as required

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 5+ years of administrative experience in a similar role

• Excellent follow-up and problem solving skills

• Strong time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Skills in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Comfortable performing Internet research and online bookings

• Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
