<p>Leading international skin care Products Company is expanding its U.S operations and is seeking seasoned sales representatives to lead their entry into key regions in the Chicago Area.  Successful candidates will focus on utilizing effective selling techniques to deliver customer service which will include, but is not limited to, sampling, providing patient education materials, educating demonstrating sales ability/ persuasiveness to physicians and staff to deliver focused sales messaging to targeted customers. This person will be responsible to maintain productivity metrics and peer to peer engagement opportunities. </p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<p>•	Providing advanced product knowledge to Physicians, Clinics, Hospitals, Spas and other operations within the medical community of the assigned region.<br />
<br />
•	Promote/sell the medical line of skin care and skin treatment products designed and produced by the company.<br />
<br />
•	Negotiate contracts, monitor results and optimize accordingly in order to generate high-quality, cost effective ROI.<br />
<br />
•	Developing long-lasting relationships and trust with clients.<br />
<br />
•	Focuses sales efforts by analyzing reports, DDD data, target list and appropriate territory information.<br />
<br />
•	Participating in sales meetings, conventions and training programs<br />
<br />
•	Shows persistence and seeks alternatives when obstacles arise; seeks alternative solutions; does things before being asked or forced to by events.<br />
<br />
•	Effectively managing a territory to insure achievement of sales goals<br />
<br />
•	Follow AMA guidelines regarding entertainment/gift to physicians.<br />
<br />
•	Maintain current, approved protocol and company promotional materials to be used in sales presentations.<br />
<br />
•	Maintain and monitor sample inventory with proper accountability and follow PDMA/FDA guidelines.<br />
<br />
•	Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products.<br />
<br />
•	Implementing marketing and sales strategies on daily basis </p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
<br />
•	BA/BS from an accredited school required. Focus in business or life science preferred<br />
<br />
•	3+ year’s pharmaceutical/medical sales with a documented track record of success required.<br />
<br />
•	Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information<br />
<br />
•	Demonstrated ability to manage territory budget<br />
<br />
•	Valid driver&#8217;s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a complete background check<br />
<br />
•	Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales and leadership accomplishments<br />
<br />
•	Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and act upon sales data within an assigned geography<br />
<br />
•	Solid business acumen including excellent and persuasive business communication<br />
<br />
•	Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion and to analyze and address territory opportunities by building key customer relationships<br />
<br />
•	Computer Skills: proficiency in business software (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)</p>
