Principal Responsibilities

Has full P&L responsibility and overall responsibiliy for the sucess of the project. Manages labor and supply costs in accordance with budgetary standards and contract specifications. Supervises and evaluates personnel performance; trains and develops personnel, recommends new hires, transfers, terminations, salary adjustments and promotions.

Hires or assigns personnel for all positions. Responsible for replacement personnel in the event of absenteeism or termination. Communicates daily with customer on complaints, special requests and changes. Establishes and maintains effective customer relations. Conducts account inspections to evaluate quality of service, safety compliance and labor adjustments. Performs and maintains personnel record keeping functions i.e. work scheduling, time sheets and work orders, safety meetings, training meetings, etc.

Requisitions new equipment and supplies; maintains equipment in operable and safe condition; recommends equipment repair. Performs inventory control and prepares yearly inventory reports. Conducts customer relations work with client and client’s employees. Supervises time-sheets, payroll and distribution of paychecks.

Sells additional service to client and builds a service package to better meet client needs. Implements quality improvement process in the account and maintains data for xswmeasurement as defined by company objectives. Completes and submits daily and monthly written reports to company office.

Remains “on call” at all times, including time outside of scheduled service hours. Communicates promptly with customer or office.
