Money Mailer of Greater Dallas is looking to hire a Marketing Sales assistant.

I am looking for an energetic individual who will help market our advertising program to small businesses. The job has very flexible hours… in fact work when you want to work, up to 20 daytime hours per week, your choice.

The pay is as follows… There is an $8.00 per hour pay. There is also, a $2.00 gas allowance per hour, so the total paid will be 10.00 per hour. In addition to this, you will also receive a $25.00 bonus for each sale that is generated as a result of your visit.

Your job will be cold calling small local businesses in North Dallas, Plano, Carrollton, Lewisville, Richardson, Coppell, Allen, Mckinney, Frisco, Rowlett, Your Job will be to walk in and if the owner is there… Tell him what our company does…. We print and mail ads out to homes in the local area for about 4 cents per home…

.. and see if he has any interest in our program and does he want to talk to a sales representative . If the owner is busy or not in… the job is virtually just leaving our marketing materials with whoever is there.

You must have dependable transportation, a positive attitude and even though you are not really selling, you must be willing to hear the word no….and not take it personal.

Once you have determined if there is interest, the lead will be turned over to a salesperson, so actually selling the ad, getting ad copy, preparing the ad for the graphics department , proofing the ad, and collecting the money , etc. will not be your responsibility.. That will be what the saleperson does. .

A second part of this job, which is optional and seperate, is following up with those businesses that were not in when you first stopped by… Phone work is not for everyone, so this is optional, but a way to get more hours in.

This is a part time position to start…. up to 20 hours per week maximum….Hours worked should be between 10 am and 5 pm.

This could lead to full time employment if that is what you are looking for, , but for now, it will just be part time.
