Work comp experience would be VERY helpful but not mandatory.

Hours are flexible. It’s a great opportunity for someone who has experience in a medical practice AR department and wants to work flexible, part-time hours. It’s not a great opportunity for someone who would need a lot of accounts receivable training and cannot work unsupervised.

The staff we are looking for must have experience with scheduling for productivity, insurance follow up, verification of insurance benefits (dental), checking in and out of patients, and must enjoy recall and love to talk on a phone. Job will require heavy phone work, making outbound calls to our patients. Strong communication skills and organizational skills necessary. Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental software is a plus.

An outgoing and vibrant personality is a must. Must have transporations and be willing to work at different locations if need be.
