Tax Associates Needed Part time or Full time.
We are a busy Tax Office located in Queens, NY. We are seeking individuals to prepare personal income tax returns.
Qualified candidates will have some experience in preparing individual income tax returns. We need team players, who can work well under pressure, and are available to work flexible schedules mid January to April 15. Candidates also need to be available for orientation during the first week of January.
Responsibilities Includes:
• Accurate completion of a customer’s tax return including conducting a tax interview with each customer.
• Provides exceptional customer service to customers.
• Being able to perform job duties under intense pressure and ability to multi task.
• Following all compliance procedures.
• Explain products and services, and promote a friendly work environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Greek/Bangladesi)
• Computer friendly.
Ideal candidates should have exceptional customer service skills, self-confidence and effective people skills. This is a great opportunity to earn supplemental income!!!
Must be willing to sign confidentiality agreement and non compete agreement.
Commision based on company goals.
